London Stone Paving Ltd Delivery Policy

London Stone Paving ltd will deliver within the London Stone Paving delivery zone using our own fleet of hiab delivery vehicles.  During extremely busy periods, in order to meet our delivery commitments London Stone Paving Ltd may use smaller delivery vans or external haulage contractors.  Delivery will be made kerbside only, if the customer requests London Stone Paving Ltd Vehicles to enter premises off the public road London Stone Paving Ltd will not be held liable for any damage caused whatsoever. 

Delivery cost within the London Stone Paving Ltd Delivery Zone is normally a flat fee of £45+vat

London Stone Paving Ltd will endeaver to deliver within stated delivery times, if for any reason whatsoever London Stone Paving Ltd are unable to meet stated delivery times London Stone Paving Ltd will not be held liable for any costs arrising from this.  Should your address be located in an address which is subject to parking, weight, height or width restrictions please inform a memeber of staff at the time of placing order.

If your postcode is not listed above you are not within the London Stone Paving Ltd delivery zone.  In this case deliveries will be made using our delivery partner using the pallet delivery network.  Delivery time is normally next day, as long as order is before 12pm.  An 18ft Taillift delivery vehicle will be used, the driver may need assistance for safe unloading so please have sombody available.  Please ensure a memeber of staff is informed if any of the following apply to your delivery address. 

Uneven Road Surface: The road surface must be in a good condition and suitable for a pallet truck.  Gravel is not suitable.  The road must also be fairly level.

Weight,Height or Width restrictions:  if there are any restrictions whatsoever please inform a member of staff.

2 pallets=£70+vat

3 pallets=£90+vat

Additional pallets will cost £20+vat each
